Supervise store employees, responsible for inventory control/tracking merchandise and cash handling.
Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS Must have 2-3 years previous retail supervisory experience, preferably in a mixed hard goods/grocery environment.
Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of Retail, Point of Sale systems, inventory control/tracking and cash handling procedures.
E-commerce experience is a plus.
Able to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
Proficient in MICROSOFT EXCEL.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must provide excellent customer service Clean retail areas and create appealing store displays Communicate and interact with Vendors Assist manager with inventory control and inventory tracking Cash handling-opening/closing safes-counting registers-assisting cashiers Maintain inventory/merchandise/stock and place reorders Provide excellent salesmanship w/ability to train team members in sales techniques Supervise multiple retail staff and delegate retail work projects during work shift Increase knowledge of our products - educate others & answer customer questions SKILLS Computer literate, Excel skills are a MUST Counterpoint or knowledge of a POS cash register system Cash Handling and Math skills a must Excellent verbal communication a must Team Player Takes initiative and works well without supervision Efficient Project and Time management Good analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to resolve store issues and make effective decisions Knowledge of Magento Job Types:
