- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and building systems - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner - Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency - Collaborate with the property manager to ensure efficient operations - Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and diagnose problems - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication - Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs - Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants - Demonstrated leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities Note:
