Recruitment & Selection (Hiring) Coaching for performance Progressive discipline & termination Time & attendance Oversees production operations within specific area Establish clear objectives/goals in line to meet established departmental and company objectives.

Provide reports as relating to objectives and results using Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).
Must maintain 5 S techniques and housekeeping objectives within the assigned work area.

Must be able to formulate and maintain departmental budgets.

Balanced, dynamic, methodical approach; good work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct Must demonstrate leadership, conflict resolution skills; assertiveness, motivational and positive attitude; foster teamwork Superior written and verbal communication skills; administrative and financial skills, excellent problem solver; able to interact with personnel at all levels EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
A minimum of 2 years college with a preference of a 4 year degree in Business.
Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have working knowledge of lean manufacturing and capabilities to apply principles.
Must have established excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have previously established leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have effective organizational skills KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Responsible for department KPI metrics (SQDCM) Ensures proper tools & equipment are available and in working order Ensures safety standards are in place and enforced Maintains clean and safe working environment EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
