A minimum of 2 years college with a preference of a 4 year degree in Business.
Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have working knowledge of lean manufacturing and capabilities to apply principles.
Must have established excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have previously established leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have effective organizational skills KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Responsible for department KPI metrics (SQDCM) Ensures proper tools & equipment are available and in working order Ensures safety standards are in place and enforced Maintains clean and safe working environment EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
